Gamma glutamyl of 81, im not a drinker,?

ok, my bp has been really high (185/100) im 28, with a bmi of 20. im on the pill, and yes i do smoke. ive just had a renal artery u/s but am still awaiting results and am freaking out!!!!!!! any idea whats going on?? my other abnormal blood results include, Total cholesterol of 5.1mmol/l (which i find weird, im vegan), ALT 41, AST 43, mild vit d deficiency. the rest, ie creatinine, billirubin urea etc is fine, any clues???
