cannot answer question as asked. How many I.U. ? Natural or synthetic? 400 I.U. of natural vitamin E with mixed tocopherols is safe and useful. Since it is fat soluble (does not flush out of the body like the B vitamins do) you can take it once a day with a fatty meal or take 2 of them every other day or whatever, you could even take 1500 IU twice a week. I take 400 IU per day.
