Suggestion ABout this?

One guy loved me and proposed me and I too said k for it .but after he was totally changed and I have to cal him and msg him.and for not a single day he hasnot msged me or called me .he says his frends are more important for him and he never bothers wat has happened to me. He don’t wish me even on my birthday but I have to give him a special gift on his bthday . now he has stopped talking vit me as his frend said that don’t love her . he has stopped talking vit me and nowdays he doesn’t even attend my phone. Wat is ur suggestion can i love him or can I drop him 'wat’s ur suggestion abt this ?.can you please help me to solve this situation ?
