Which one can I choose either Vellore Institue of Technology of College of Engineering Guindy.......?

Hi! this is karthik from namakkal. I have studied in a Govt. Hr. Sec. school and secured 1156 marks with engineering cut off of 199.75.My idea is to join Computer Science and Engineering in a good institute(good in technology,communication and education) For this cut off, there is a definite chance for me to join in College of Engineering Guindy. I have also a free seat availability in Vellore Institute of Technology under STARS(Support The Advancement of Rural Students) Scheme.Anna University is the most preferable and VIT is the best in communication and Technology.I need some suggestions about two colleges which one would suit for me answer me with some logical and statistical ideas......
